Lynn is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Global Health and Population at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Lynn’s research interests focus on improving health system quality and outcomes, which specifically lie at micro-level organizational structures of health facilities and institutions, and to understand organizational structures that promote patient outcomes and care provider experiences in their practices. She uses both qualitative and quantitative methods, econometric analyses, and decision science methods to investigate and assess health policies and interventions in health systems.
Lynn received her MS in health policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
